Norman Paske, Bowbridge Land’s managing director, qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1987 and has a wealth of experience in the industry.  He founded Samuel Rose Ltd in 1990, building it into a regional business, working extensively on behalf of landowners and developers on strategic and immediate (mainly residential) land. He was a director and shareholder of Grace Homes Ltd, a small private house builder, from 1998 – 2011.  He is a director and shareholder of Thistledown Property Funding Ltd, which provides funding for small residential developers.

Land manager, Mike Lee, graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 1996 with an Honours degree in residential development. He has subsequently worked as a land buyer, manager and director for a number of developers including Barratt Homes, Bovis Homes, David Wilson Homes and Stamford Homes. As a consultant for Bowbridge, Mike specialises in identifying immediate and strategic development land opportunities as well as affordable housing opportunities.  He acts as project manager on a number of Bowbridge projects.

Land consultant, Nikki Beers, has a Masters degree in land management from Reading University and qualified as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (Planning and Development division) in 2001.  Nikki was a director of Samuel Rose Ltd until 2012, when she joined Berrys as a consultant.  Whilst with Samuel Rose and Berrys, Nikki specialised in advising landowning clients on all matters concerning development land, but specifically Option and Planning Promotion agreements.  As a consultant at Bowbridge, Nikki deals with the negotiation and agreement of legal terms, ensures the written documentation passes smoothly through the legal process and project manages the planning process.
