Bowbridge Land, established in 2011, is a wholly privately-funded company, specialising in the identification, acquisition and promotion of residential and commercial land through the planning system.
Our team consists of property and planning professionals who have in-depth knowledge of both the planning system and the development industry, ensuring that we are best placed to identify, maximise and deliver the development potential of land, from small urban infill locations through to large sustainable urban extensions.
